All price’s are per night based on 2 people sharing & strictly 1 vehicle per pitch.
The
dates without highlighting are the standard rates,
the blue dates are bank holiday rates and
the red dates show low season rates.

Terms and Conditions
- Pre-booking only.
- Minimum of 2 night stay over weekends & 3 night minimum stay over the bank holidays.
- Booking fee’s are needed to secure your pitch please note these fee’s are non refundable / transferable. Extras where applicable are paid on arrival. Booking fee's need to be paid within 5 days of making your booking, all booking fee's must be paid before you arrive. Once you have paid your booking fee you have agreed to adhere to our terms and conditions.
- Pitches available Monday – Thursday 1pm – 6pm, Friday 1pm – 8pm, Saturday & Sunday - Please ring for availability. Late check out maybe available for £6.00 (12am - 4pm).
- VISITORS to tents/caravans: Unless arrangements are made at time of booking, no visitors will be allowed onto site without prior consent and payment. Visitors that have booked to visit, must only do so between the hours of 10-4pm and will incur a charge of £3.00 adult and £2.00 child. Evening visitors are not permitted.

Cash/Card (credit card 3% surcharge, Debit card 50p surcharge) .
Site Rules
- Vacate pitches 12am Mon – Sat, 3pm on Sundays & bank holiday Mondays.
- Speed limit 5mph at all times.
- The barrier code must not be passed onto any third parties, CCTV is in operation.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Children are not permitted around lakes without an adult.
- No climbing or damaging the trees.
- Dogs: Only quiet and friendly breeds. They must be kept on a short lead or tie outs when not in the caravan or tent.
- No loud music or inconsiderate behaviour at anytime. We operate a strict all quiet rule after 11.00pm.
- No open fires.
- GAS BBQ ONLY – Barbecues must be a minimum 18’’ above grass, well away from trees & other combustible material.
- Only one car per pitch other cars and commercial vehicles must remain in the car park.
- Vehicle drivers - must have full driving license & valid insurance (No children sat on drivers knees).
- No generators.
- No ball games or kite flying around caravans or tents.
- Couples and family groups only. NO ACCOMPANIED GROUPS OF YOUNGSTERS.
- All bookings are accepted on the strict understanding that the terms and conditions have been read thoroughly.
- The management reserves the right to move you from your allocated pitch if necessary.
