A non- refundable / transferable booking fee will secure your basic pitch fee for 2 nights (for example a 4-6 berth tent with hook up £32.00).Extras where applicable are paid on arrival.
Fees payable 10 working days from date of booking your stay.
Pitches available Mon-Thurs 12 -6 pm, Fri 12–8pm, Sat & Sun subject to availability.
Vacate pitches by 10am Mon- Sat, 3.00pm Sun & Bank Holiday Mon. Late check out 10am-3pm £6.00 (subject to availability).
Late arrivals – Please park in the car park.
Visitors by prior arrangement only (small charge).Visitors to campers – must sign in at reception on arrival no earlier than 10.30am and on departure no later than 4.30pm. Visitor’s cars must remain in the car park, visitor’s passes will be issued.

No ground fires anywhere in the Park.
Barbecues must be 18” above the grass, well away from trees & other combustible material. NO CHARCOAL, DISPOSABLE BBQ'S OR CHINESE LANTERNS. GAS BBQ'S ONLY.
We do not accept vans or commercial vehicles.
Family cars only. Vehicle drivers must have a full driving license and valid insurance.
You may not bring any firearms, knives, or illegal substances or similar to the site under any circumstances.
Families are only accepted if parents are prepared to supervise the conduct of their children and young people on site, particularly during the evening and night hours.
Families and couples only. No groups of youngsters or single sex groups.
Where specific pitches /special requests are asked for, we will do our utmost to fulfil your request. However these requests cannot always be guaranteed and we reserve the right to allocate an alternative pitch at our discretion.
No vehicle should exceed 5 mph anywhere on site. You are welcome to report people who drive carelessly to Reception. This is to ensure child safety on the site at all times.
All bookings are accepted on the strict understanding that the Terms and Conditions have been read thoroughly and are agreeable. We reserve the right to refuse admission onto the site as well as the right to evict any person and property who in our opinion is not suitable, or whose behaviour WE CONSIDER to be detrimental to the interest of our other guests without stipulating a reason. In such cases refunds will not be given.
All property left on site is left entirely at your own risk. The management reserve the right to move any property where felt necessary. Members of your party are responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties or their property.
The management reserve the right to alter, postpone or cancel any facility for reasons beyond their control – we can only guarantee to do our best to see that all facilities are available as advertised.
Please consider all these requests and conditions in the light of the kind of holiday you are looking for. If you or your children are unwilling to conform to these standards of behaviour or are looking for a different atmosphere that we are aiming to provide, then we respectfully request that you make alternative arrangements and do not make a booking.
Our Agreement with you binds you, the person named on the booking, and all members of your party, including children. You must ensure that all members of your party are aware of, and accept all of this agreement.
Our Agreement is formed upon receipt of the booking form, and booking fee made. A signature on the booking form confirms acceptance of our Terms and Conditions on behalf of the party named on the booking form.
·DOGS- Only quiet and friendly breeds allowed on site, they must be kept on a short lead at all times. If you require dog kennels during your stay, please contact Reception who will be able to give your some local telephone numbers.
Pitches must be vacated by 10.00 am (mon-sat) 3.00pm (Sun & bank holiday Monday) unless by prior arrangement. (A late check out may be available for £6.00 per unit).
Booking fees are Non Refundable and Non Transferable. If you cancel or do not show up, your booking fee is deemed to be lost.
